How it works

Ordering your memorial capsule pendant is a straightforward and respectful process. Upon placing your order online, we’ll send you a courier bag containing a box, a postcard, and a small container.

Simply fill the container with a couple of teaspoons of your loved one’s ashes or a meaningful memento. Our team handles all contents with the utmost care, encapsulating about 1/2 a teaspoon of ashes in the capsule.

Any excess materials are returned to you along with the completed capsule.

Let’s make it easy.

Where do I get the fingerprint from?

Most funeral directors can take a fingerprint using ink and paper. If you've already received an impression card from them, simply take a clear photo of it and upload it when placing your order.

How do I upload the fingerprint?

After selecting your product options, you’ll see a file upload section on the product page. Click to upload a clear, well-lit image of the fingerprint provided by your funeral director.

What type of image works best?

A high-resolution photo of the ink fingerprint taken in good lighting, with the print in focus and centred in the frame, works best. We recommend using your phone’s camera with no flash.

Can I engrave something on the back?

Yes — you can choose to add a short engraving on the back of the pendant (such as initials, a name, or a date). Just let us know during checkout.

Can I order later if I’m not ready yet?

Absolutely. If you have the fingerprint now but aren’t quite ready to order, we recommend scanning or photographing it clearly and keeping it stored safely. You can return when the time is right.

What if I have more than one fingerprint?

If you have multiple fingerprints and need help deciding which to use, feel free to upload a few files and note your preference in the order notes, or reach out and we can help guide you.

How long does it take?

Each piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow around 3–4 weeks for engraving, crafting, and delivery.
