Shipping + Returns

Shipping Policy

  • NZ Domestic (via NZ Post Tracked Overnight):
  • Ready‑to‑ship items: typically dispatched within 1–3 business days
  • Made‑to‑order or bespoke: typically 4–8 weeks (or as otherwise agreed)
  • International: Shipped via NZ Post International Courier; delivery times vary by destination.

You'll receive tracking info via email. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non‑refundable unless required by law.

 Returns (Ready‑to‑Ship only):

  • Eligible within 10 days of delivery - we do not accept returns for reasons including 'change of mind'.
  • Items must be unworn, in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping is your responsibility.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability; credit notes are valid for 6 months from issue

Faulty or Damaged Items:

  • Contact us at hello@coveted.nz within 48 hours of receipt and we will do our best to make good.
  • We may request photos or the item be returned (at our cost).
  • We will repair, replace, or refund under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

Bespoke / One‑of‑a‑Kind / Engraved / Impression items:

  • Not eligible for change‑of‑mind returns.
  • Faulty items are covered by the same process as above.

Resizing Service:

  • Available for incorrect sizing; contact us within 10 days for details.
  • A resizing fee may apply.

Sale Items:

  • Not refundable or exchangeable.

Refund Timeline:

  • Once returned and inspected, refunds or credits will be processed within 14 business days.
